Governance

The Center serves as a bridge between industry, academia, government, and NGO’s. Representatives from each of these sectors comprise the executive board and determine the governance system.

SUB-COMMITTEES

Sub-Committees are appointed to direct the center’s activities in research, education, and outreach.

CENTER AND NON-CENTER RESEARCH

The Center acts as a conduit for companies wanting to conduct proprietary research with individual research groups on campus. It acts as an administrative body, but does not directly fund proprietary research. Intellectual property rights will be negotiated for non-center research.
